Always answering

Nights, weekends, holidays. Your agent picks up every call and every message. No hold music, no busy signal.

Your accounts, your data, your setup

We set the agent up in accounts you own, on the platform that fits your budget. If we part ways, it keeps working.

Across 85 businesses in a 2024 study. Most callers who hit voicemail never call back. That's the leak we plug.

The gaps we close

Missed calls, slow follow-ups, evenings lost to admin. Agentic AI can already do this work. The hard part is setting it up so it knows your business and fails safely. That's the part we do.

ANSWERS · BOOKS · TEXTS YOU THE SUMMARY

An agent picks up when you can't, answers the common questions, books a slot from your real calendar, and sends you a summary of who called and why. No lead goes to voicemail.

Before a lead reaches you, the agent has already collected the job type, location, and rough budget, so the first call you make is to someone worth calling.

Quote follow-ups drafted, email triaged, the CRM kept up to date after every call, no-shows chased with a reminder the day before. The repetitive work is exactly what agents are good at.

We pick the platform that fits your budget, configure it in accounts you own, test it against awkward questions before launch, then train your team and stay reachable. No long contracts. Support is month to month.

real research, real numbers

What missed calls actually cost

We'd rather show you research than promises. These numbers come from published industry studies, with sources below.

62%

Of calls go unanswered

A 2024 study of 85 small businesses across 58 industries found only about 38% of incoming calls were answered by a live person.

85%

Never call back

Most callers who reach voicemail don't try again. The enquiry simply disappears, and you never know it happened.

62%

Call a competitor instead

A majority of callers who can't reach a business take their job to the next name on the list.

Most missed calls never come back. An agent makes missing them impossible.

In a 2024 study across 85 businesses, only about 38% of incoming calls were answered by a live person. Most callers who reached voicemail never tried again. Every one of those rings was a customer you had already paid to attract. An agent answers all of them, at once if it has to.

What we set up

After-hours phone agent

Answers every call the moment it rings, at 9 PM or on a Sunday afternoon, answers common questions, and captures the lead.

WhatsApp & web chat

The same agent answers on your website and WhatsApp. One brain across every channel your customers already use.

one knowledge base · consistent answers everywhere · full conversation history

Escalation & handoff rules

When the agent isn't sure, it takes a name and number, promises a human follow-up, and notifies you immediately.

your escalation rules · instant notification · no lead lost to a confused bot
A note on honesty: an agent isn't right for every job. If a simple form, a booking page, or a better phone menu solves your problem, we'll tell you that at the walkthrough. It's cheaper for you and less to maintain.

Set up once. Answering always. Yours to keep.

Where your agent fits
Calls WhatsApp Email Booked jobs You, for judgment

No, we don't have one. We set up an agent on the platform that fits your budget and needs, in your own accounts. You pay the platform directly and you pay us for the setup, integration, and support. If we part ways, your agent keeps working.

Not if it's set up properly, and that's most of what you're paying us for. We limit the agent to what it genuinely knows, test it against awkward questions before launch, and give it one instruction it always follows: when unsure, take a name and number and hand off to a human. You review and approve it before it ever goes live.

Most businesses are live within one to two weeks. The first days go on understanding your services, prices, and tone; then we configure and connect the agent, test it hard against real scenarios, and let you review every answer before it talks to a customer. Rushing this stage is how agents end up embarrassing their owners, so we don't rush it.

It follows its fallback rule: collect the caller's name and number, say a person will follow up, and send you a summary immediately. It never invents an answer to fill the silence. An honest "let me have someone call you back" keeps the lead; a made-up price loses the customer.

Two parts: a one-time setup fee from us, and the platform's own subscription which you pay directly, typically a fraction of one part-time employee's wages. The exact numbers depend on call volume and how many tools we connect, so the proposal you get after the walkthrough states both figures plainly before you commit to anything.

Barely. Bookings land in the calendar you already use, lead summaries arrive as ordinary texts or emails, and the agent's dashboard is only there when you want to review conversations. We train whoever will manage it during handover, usually under an hour.

You choose: run it yourself with the documentation and training we provide, or keep us on a light support arrangement for changes, new channels, and updates. There are no long contracts either way. Support is month to month. You own the accounts, the setup, and the data.
